Jinyu

• His patterning/texture by no means needs to be exact. It changes and fluctuates with light, ect. 

Jinyu is a selfish, greedy and vain demon that only really seeks to up himself in the demon hierarchy and earn respect. His manner of doing so happens to be stepping on other people to take their things to make his 'hoard' as impressive as possible, thinking that demons must respect him then. In reality, he's a pitiful and shallow demon that most write off as a minor nuisance and sniveling underling. 

He's obsessed with himself and making himself look good, and he's very confident in his ability to do "Powerful demon things" (But don't ask him to explain what that means- or show you, because he'll just say its "Above your level" And scoff and huff his way into not doing a thing).

He's an egotistical brat, but is quick to cower when actually threatened, making it hard for other people to respect him.

In his mortal life, a greedy hoarder who stole from others before his death; Jinyu became a lesser demon-of greed in his afterlife.

Jinyu is a conniving thief who lives solely to gather as many shiny things as possible without regard for those that they are stolen from. He is a silver-tongued weasel with a coat of gold and his loyalty runs only so long as the flow of money. You can't trust him as far as you could throw him

He struggles with a deep ambition of wealth because money makes the world go round in a way of attempting to mask his own insecurities about being a nothing in the demon hierarchy. Who needs power, when you can buy respect. What started as a sympathetic bid to find some sense of self worth became an obsession that drove him to lose himself and sacrifice anything necessary in the pursuit of his addiction to his gambit for power. Mirroring the journey he took as a mortal that led him down a similar path of invitable failure. 

For all his love of money has taken from him, he's earned pitifully little.
