Melanie

Melanie is my baby I love her, she's stuck with me for years, only a little younger than my oldest sona! I finally made a brand new ref sheet for her this year >:)

Her pronouns are she/her, and she’s bisexual!

Melanie is a PupPoppie, part of a closed species. As the name says, PupPoppies are basically magical soda dogs. Melanie is a golden retriever, with melon cream soda in the plastic tank around her neck, and in her glass tail! The ice cream scoop in her glass is vanilla 👀🍦

She’s very patient, understanding, and encouraging! It blends well with her bubbly personality, because she is 100% Extrovert. Along with this she puts an extreme focus on communication, if proper communication isn’t happening for any reason then she just won’t vibe. She also always goes out of her way to help others! Basically if she’s your neighbor and you ask to borrow a cup of sugar, she’ll go to the store for you and buy you a whole bag.

Her passion is to help pups find their soda, so she works as a Soda Jerk! (She carbonates drinks, adds syrups, toppings etc.) Her dream is to own a soda café one day, with her own unique drinks :D

Another note about her, she loooves horror games and movies, even though she frightens really easily. She’s already super fluffy, but she’ll practically turn into a cottonball after a jumpscare (She enjoys it lol)

She does wear out sometimes, and when she does she goes down hard, usually because of stress or communication issues with someone. When that happens, she won’t talk to anyone, and will stay in bed all day doing mindless things. A nice day with friends will usually help brighten her mood, and she’s definitely one to genuinely appreciate being dragged out of the house to do something fun when she’s down.
