UPON PURCHASING OR RECEIVING A DESIGN FROM ME, I WILL ASSUME YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS UPON TOYHOUSE’S TOS.

>Commercial Use is fine*! Once an OC is yours it’s yours, I don’t revoke. Just make sure to credit me at least once on one website so people can see I made them! (Toyhouse is fine as a credit/link!)

>Use them as you wish but don’t claim my designs as your own work! Do not make a new “species“ as in dA closed species/open species without consulting me. You may incorporate them into  existing species.

>Redesigning is fine.

>I can’t regulate how people sell my designs, but if I find you wildly inflating the prices of my designs I’ll warn you and another instance will make me silently slide you into my private blacklist; repeated instances will cause a slide onto the public one.

EDIT AS OF 10/9/2021: ON LOSING COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

>If at any moment you have blocked me and I’ve found out, all designs by me obtained through third party or directly through me will automatically lose their commercial rights*- even if you’ve unblocked me afterwards. This is because I want to know where my work goes and how it’s used.

>Commercial use involves use in published works, posting designs on websites with advertisements where the site pays you, making merchandise, media or games that you can profit from, commission advertisements, use as a mascot, etc.

>Hiding a design is fine and does not count, it’s blocking my account. I will not have a public blacklist, but will privately record designs that have gotten this rule broken.

>This is not permanent; you are free to contact me to explain the situation and we can figure something out. It will not require you to unblock me permanently, just until we settle. I will not discuss granting rights back through a third party account, friends of the person, or a sock puppet account, and only will discuss these rights with someone’s “main” account. All sock puppets that try to communicate with me will be blocked.

>Settling and insisting on keeping me blocked/being rude when discussing may require payment in royalties or payment of a fee to be allowed to use my work commercially.

>I do not block anyone first or mutually anymore, unless they’re well known to be a terrible person, engage aggressively with me first, or an active scammer.
