Personality: Gon is a very grumpy, quiet guy. He's mostly learned to keep it to himself for the most part, but it's very easy to catch it on a bad day and it'll accidentally lash out. He almost always has a (quiet) apology after. Behind the gruff exterior, Gon is a caring pony who's inner circle is its top priority. He's just got a weird way of showing it.
Talents/Abilities: After receiving his cutie mark as a late bloomer (an event he keeps locked away to share with only its closer friends), Gon was at a loss for what it meant he was meant to do for a long time. It still doesn't exactly know what he's supposed to really be doing, but it does know where its passion lies, and that's with obscure information. Gon is very good at finding hard to track down resources, items, and various other things. All he has to do is look up at the sky, wait a moment, and let it guide him. Maybe it's something to do with his earth pony magic. Who knows.
Weaknesses: As ponies are typically known to be kind and caring and open and yadda yadda, Dragon Star is very stand-offish towards these things. Genuine affection brings it to react oddly, or even shut down. Aside from interactions, he's chronically forgetful. What's remembered and what's forgotten is never up to him.
Goals: Fill up Equestria's libraries with as much knowledge of other creatures as there is of ponies.
Appearance/Ref: Short and stocky. Messy mane Always has a puss. Eyes never visible (and don't go tryin' ta make them visible either!).
