A quiet stalker of the night, Wiccer is the modern day angler fish. Silent and cunning. They're a expert in hiding in plain sight. Staying in smaller towns with lush greenery. They place themselves on the outskirts in the night, waiting for their next meal to step under their tail light

Wiccer will eat anything living that walks under it's light, animal and human
Sleeps durning the day, making them purely nocturnal
Much like a cameleon, Wiccer's wings can camoflauge their body. Hiding it in plain sight
● Their tail can flatten and un-flatten, making a clicking sound when doing so. (The lamp post part)
