WENDY PARTRIDGE

The widow of Charles Partridge and current CEO of the OSRC. She mainly manages PR affairs, the approval of project propositions, and distribution of funding. 

Wendy was born in Russia and emigrated to the USA in her early twenties. Her birth name is actually Vela, however Wendy was a nickname given by her American peers. She has always been infatuated with British culture and literature, so the adoption of an anglicized name for herself and her children was a decision she happily made.

Prior to Charles’ death, Wendy was a litigations attorney, specializing in lawsuits between companies. She is extremely wealthy- Wendy already had a large sum of money before her husband’s passing, but inheriting Charles’ estate secured her position as a member of the high class. 

Wendy cares deeply for her children. After Liz's disappearance in 1988, Wendy was extremely distraught and put all of her energy into being the best mother possible to Dolly. She wasn't fully able to achieve this though, as the responsibilities of inheriting Charles' company required her to spend large amounts of time away from home.
