Tomi, once a normal kindergarten teacher in her early twenties who adored teaching kids! They loved all of their children dearly and made sure they were all safe and sound! She treated these children like her own.
One day, two new students arrived in her class by the names of Angelita and Ambrosia. They were two little girls with Albinism and we're very very sweet. There was Angelita, the excited one! She was always so cheery! And then there was her sister Ambrosia, she was calm and quiet but still liked having fun! Tomi quickly became fond of these two because of certain traits they shared to some people of her past and the days went on Tomi began learning more and more about these two girls and even started noticing some... reccuring issues with them and their home life. They grew up in a neglectful home; Both their mother and father ignored them and had been fighting Drug and Alcohol addictions for many years. They rarely gave them new clothes and clearly didn't feed them enough because of how quickly they'd pass out and grow tired during recess. Tomi was furious when she finally found out that the parents were letting their own children go to school with dirty clothes and clear malnutrition. Tomi offered to take them to her home where she gave them the proper needs. Warm food, Comfy Clothes and toys to play with. It got to a point where Tomi even had a separate room for them to sleep in.
Tomi truly had grown attached to these kids to the point where she'd even call them "Her Babies" and the kids would call her "Mommy" She even tried going over their house and talking to the parents about adopting them for herself. But little did Tomi know, all of her dreams were about to come true. It was summer time and the girls requested that they wanted to go to the fair since they'd only ever seen it on TV and never actually went, they wanted to see it in person!
Tomi was hesitant but eventually caved in to their requests so they went the next day! They were driving down the road. The girls had put on their best outfits and Tomi was excited to finally see the girls have fun! Everything was going smoothly until the car strangely started going faster them before..Tomi tried hitting the breaks but nothing was working, He quickly started to panic as he grabbed the kids to try and shield them but the car didn't stop It sped up, drove off a cliff, and crashed. Luckily someone near by saw the crash and the paramedics were quickly called and they were all rushed to the hospital. Tomi survived but the girls were in real bad shape. They woke up in a hospital bed and quickly tried to recall what happened as they looked over and saw the girls in their own beds, hooked up to life support. Their heart sank as they crawled out of bed and went over to look at their daughters. They looked at their lifeless bodies and sobbed as they started to beg to whatever god had the ability to save their babies but, to no surprise. No one heard them. They cried and sobbed, begging and pleading for someone to appear "Please!! Oh please, God I beg of you to spare my babies lives!! They're the only thing I have left in this world and I can't lose them!!"
They tried and tried but no response was given. Except for the voice of a doctor. He was standing in the corner of the room with his face blacked out from the shadows and as Tomi's final plead was let out, the man finally spoke. "You beg to the gods for a wish you will never be granted..how pitiful..." Tomi looked over at the shadowy doctor and said in a scared tone "Who are you..? How did you get in here..??" The "Doctor" replied simply, "I can grant you what you want but it will be at a price.." He said in a mysterious tone. Tomi's eyes widened as he slowly crawled over to the shadowy doctor "PLEASE!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP THEM..!! ILL DO ANYTHING JUST PLEASE HELP MY DAUGHTERS!!" He put his hands together "I'll do anything!!!"
The doctor looked intrigued and looked down at them "Anything you say? Well, in that case..I have a... proposition for you.." Tomi looked confused "What is it..?" The doctor asked him a question "Would you truly give up anything for those girls? Even the most priceless, irreplaceable part of your self?" Tomi quickly replied "Yes!! Of course I would!!" The doctor added "Even if it means that you'll never be normal again?" Tomi said with even more reassurance. "Of course, they're my babies. I would move mountains for them." The Doctor's eyes flashed a dark red as he explained his deal. "If you truly want to save their lives then you must give up the most priceless part of yourself, your humanity, your mortality.." his eyes glowed from the shadows "Your. SOUL." He held out his hand and grinned "If you are sure about this deal then you'll just have to shake my hand and give up your soul to me." He said cheerfully
Tomi slowly got up and looked back at the girls then thought for a moment but quickly looked at the doctor with a serious face and said "If that's what it takes then, I have no complaints just please, bring my babies back to me" The doctor smiled and looked at Tomi and said "Then do it." He held his hand out to him as Tomi grabbed his hand and shook it. "The deal has been made." The doctor said as Tomi suddenly lifted into the air and his heart started to lift out of his body and his body began to change. "What...is this??!!" The doctor grabbed Tomis soul and quickly absorbed it "I'm bringing your daughters back!" He snapped his fingers and a strange light went into the girls as Tomi fell to the ground.
"I hope you're satisfied with your end of the deal." He transforms into Satan and bows to him "Goodbye." He disappears and Tomi gets up "But wait I-!" He realized that his voice and height were drastically different, he gets up and looked into the hospital mirror and almost screamed "I'm...!!! He turned me into a...!!!" Tomi looks at her hands and then at The girls "There's no time to freak out. They're my main priority at the moment..!" Tomi walks to the bed and looks at Angelita and Ambrosia and smiles as their heart monitors go back up "You're going to be okay sweethearts..! mommy's here.." she cups their cheeks and nuzzles their foreheads"Mommy will always be here..!"
Powers
Can alter their voice to whatever they like, has super human abilities and heightened senses. Can transform others into Demons and can also shift in and out of their demon form at will
Drawbacks
Can't have children nor eat human food.
Can only eat Humans and Souls of other creatures. Once they change others into demons they cannot change them back.
How Tomi started their new life
Tomi Torohana, a young boy who was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and lived comfortably and lavishly with his very wealthy mother, Ranka and 8 siblings including two young twins. Tomi always had a knack for teaching and had a fondness for children! They would ALWAYS take care of their little brothers Takeyo and Tanjiro when everyone else was busy and loved spending time with them. They always dreamed of being a teacher and living a fun life of playing music but he never got to share these passions until he ran away from home. He was 17 at the time with his 18th birthday creeping around the corner, Ranka was setting up presents and his siblings were planning to throw Tomi a party! Tomi was in his room, maids getting him ready for his big day as he was thinking of ways to tell everyone especially, his mom about what career(s) he would pursue! He was nervous but had an open mind about what she and the rest of the family would think so after a few hours of the maids dressing him up it was finally time for the big party!
It was midnight and everything was going well! Everyone was happy, dancing, having fun but strangely Tomi wasn't there at all. Tomi was in his room, lost in thought.
Ranka opens his door and saw Tomi on his bed curled up in a ball and asked, "Why aren't you outside at your party? You're supposed to be having fun..is there something on your mind?" She sat beside him and rubbed his back.
Tomi sat up and sat besides her and sighed "Yeah, I'm fine..just, thinking.." Tomi's mom looked down at him and tilted her head and said confused "What're you thinking about? Y'know you can tell me anything that's going on with you.." she smiled, comforting her son as he looked up at her smiling softly as he got up and said "Well, then I guess I don't need to worry then." He took a deep breath as he said with confidence. "I've chosen my occupation and I've been thinking about being a kindergarten teacher." He looked as her and waited for her reaction.
She sat there in silence and then quickly started to laugh adding a smug look "You're joking right?" She got up as Tomi looked away embarrassed "No, I'm not. This is seriously what I want to do and I'm genuinely happy with it. Teaching kids is amazing and I want to do it for a really long time Mom." he said as Ranka walked up to him and put a hand on his shoulder looking displeased "Do you honestly think that you'll have ANY success teaching Children...?" She said in a mocking way "You'd be much better off singing! Your voice is unmatched! You have so much potential and I will NOT let you waste that!" She has a serious look on her face. "But this is what I want to do Mom!! I don't want to be something that'll just make money. I wanna be something that makes me happy!!" He yanked his shoulder away as he started getting angry.
At this point the disagreement was turning into an argument and things were getting heated. Ranka was boiling over and Tomi was hurt but still trying to reason with her. "WHY ARE YOU SO ANGRY WITH ME?! I'VE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU BUT IT JUST SEEMS LIKE YOU DON'T EVEN CARE!!! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO DIFFICULT!!" She got into his face, practically screaming at him "YOU'RE TRYING TO RUIN THIS FAMILY!!! ALL OF YOUR SIBLINGS ARE DOING SUCCESSFUL THINGS WITH THEIR TALENTS AND YET YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR TALENTS AWAY JUST SO YOU CAN TEACH SOME DISGUSTING BRATS!!"
Tomi couldn't believe the words she was saying, tears started welling up in his eyes as he replied in a slightly quivering tone, "You always said you'd support me no matter what..!! If you don't want me to ruin your image then maybe I should just leave!!" Tears were rolling down his face as he wiped them away. "Then maybe you should." She walked out of his room and slammed the door.
Tomi wiped his face with his sleeve as he started packing up in a backpack "I can't do this anymore...I have to leave..!" He got all out his essential items and quickly changed into some normal clothes as he heard a tiny knock on his bedroom door, he put on his shirt and said come in as two young kids walked in, it was two of Tomis siblings, young twins by the names of Takeyo and Tanjiro. They looked at Tomi and said curiously "Big Brother? Why do you have that bag? Are you going on a trip!" Tanjiro said blankly "We wanna come too.." He looked at Tomi. "Sorry Boys but..Big Brother has to..go away for awhile..and I won't be coming back.." he looked at them softly as they got scares "Are you running away!? Are you gonna leave us behind..!!" They started crying and ran to hug Tomi as he crouched down and gave a soft, kind smile "I may be done with this place, But I'll never be done with you two..!!" Tomi hugged them tightly and began to cry "If I had the choice I would take you two with me but right now I can't.."
Takeyo looked up at him with tears in his eyes "Promise that you'll write to us..?" Tanjiro chimed in "And visit..!!" Tomi kissed their foreheads and smiled "I promise..I love you two, okay? Take care of each other..and don't let anyone keep you from what makes you happy okay..?" He held them close as they replied "We won't..." Tomi sets them down gently and finishes packing and opens the window and looks back at them as they waved a simple goodbye and finally, jumped out the window and was never seen again.
