Loti is a half Kelpie, half Krakken green fish wahman. 

She exists as two entities in two alternate universes - the first being a modern day casual friend who likes to play video games and hang with friends, the second being a usurped queen of an ancient kingdom, mourning the death of her lover and vowing revenge

She can transform between a Kelpie/horse form, or a human like fish form. 

She can also use a magical glamour item that will disguise her as a full human (still with red hair and blue eyes).
