Carl is a ghost that followed Chuck after his confrontation with Commander Commander. Not much is actually known about Carl, but one thing is for certain, and that's his love for Tennis. He's a happy-go-lucky spirit that can't seem to be harmed by anything to a major degree; Mainly laughing it all off as if it tickled him.
