Devan is a minor male character in the fan made series Angelhearts and introduced in the series in 2013.

He is best friend to the eager Lisa Mikano, a survival from the fallen Council of Light, meeting her a month after the events. Him, Lisa and a few friends have brought the council of light back and restoring parts of it.

He is a bookworm as well as an orphan and was raised by his aunt and uncle from a very young age, he started being passionate about books and reading at around 6 he would like to be a librarian when he's older.
