My Arch Nemesis (Manny)

My Arch Nemesis was born in a chemical explosion experiment from the doctor empire. He was built from the ground up to be a radioactive version of OMG to fight him to the death and eventually kill him. Too bad My Arch Nemesis kinda sucks at it. Though he gives it his best shot and when it doesn't work out, he spends his time working at a haberdashery where he makes the finest things for people to try on.
