Captain Vepar

A boisterous and charming ship captain sailing the Eternal Sea in search  of treasure with his motley crew. Wears a tricorn hat and a dark long  jacket.

Pretends to smoke a pipe, but that's just to disguise the mist/fog he exhales when under pressure/stress.

When transforming the fog he exhales obscures his form allowing him to shift forms without being seen.

There are legends of this great beast that lives near a particularly foggy shore. It was Vepar, but before he decided to take a crew.

Captain Vepar claims he was the one to fell the beast whenever it comes up in conversation. Sometimes he claims he encountered it but it disappeared or that it cursed him for killing it which caused his current appearance. The tale changes depending on the person who brought up the conversation and he has never told the true tale.
