Specky

Specky the Mew is an odd Mew who decided to take on the colouring of green with white specks over his body. He's quite excitable, but doesn't notice that he annoys others, so he tends to make many other Pokemon annoyed with him. To be honest, though, he just wants to be friends with other Pokemon.
