if ive given/transferred an oc or design to you, you MUST wait 2 weeks AND add extra art before regifting or transferring again, and you must have my permission to do so. not abiding by this will land you an instant block and special spot in my blacklist, unless i say otherwise. if the oc/design i gave you was not through usd, you CANNOT resell it unless they have extra art, and you have my full permission to do so, again, this will make me instantly block you, and youll go straight into the blacklist.
