A swim and surf instructor at the local beach, Azul spends all of his time in the sun. Whenever they're not teaching kids about safety and the envionment, the shark-dog can be found with his boyfriend, Dover, visiting Cam at the club, or napping on the beach. Mostly napping.

Dover and Azul met when the other canine got a little too close to a man o' war (thinking it was trash) and Azul rushed to pull him back. After the shark-dog explained the proper importance of being careful with the vemeous siphonophore, Dover instantly fell for his big heart and wisdom of the sea. Exploring tidal pools and info-dumping to each other, thse two love sick pups are a perfect match.
A friend from middle school, Cam was the only one there for Azul when they had to drop out to support his mother. Now the two hang out at bars and play video games together whenever they both have time off. Azul supports Cam at his current job despite utterly hating Cam's boss, Cherri.
Azul met Pixel through Cam since she is his current attorney and unofficial bodyguard. While Pixel does not know Azul well, they have a mutual respect for each other and equally despise Cherri.
The owner of the club Cam works at. Azul has never met her in person, but has heard in-depth details from Cam and the other employees. Abusive and narcissistic, she is essentially untouchable as a well respected demon. Azul wishes that he could take matters into their own hands.
