Reinhardt is a BLU Medic. He used to be a RED Medic, until a bad altercation with the RED Spy (who he was in a relationship with) resulted in him being moved to BLU, which he holds a lot of anger and resentment for. He retained his friendship with RED's Engineer, Dell, and over the years they've progressed into being one confession away from a romance.
