Oswin, more commonly known by his codename Rogue, is a Spy working directly under the Administrator - later being assigned to the NEU team after canon typical comic events. He was adopted and raised into the life of being a Spy by the RED team's Spy, René Clément.
His loadout is the L'Etranger, Your Eternal Reward, and the Cloak and Dagger. His PDA doubles as both a Disguise Kit and a long-range Sapper (locking onto the target and hacking it to temporarily turn it against the team that built it). He also occasionally uses a Stock Knife with the Macabre Web MK. II paint.
