A pokemon poacher and kind of a dick, but he loves his own pokemon and isn't cruel to them or the protected pokemon he poaches to sell, even though he's a Shady Character. He's brusque and to-the-point, a no-nonsense sort of man who just elected to make his living on the wrong side of the law. He does carry a gun, just in case, but he usually sticks to using his pokemon to settle any issues.
He gets around with an ATV or a motorcycle, generally, both of them easily stored and carried with the same capsule technology used in pokeballs.

Cleo, Espeon: a bit flirty, enjoys teasing Buck in particular and has a biting wit when she wants to
Buck, Mightyena: he's big dumb and aggro but has no fear and is actually a big softie at heart
Mango, Tyranitar: the laziest motherfucker you've ever seen. gives no fucks.
Rin, Raichu: she's adorable and peppy and friendly, but given to excitement-shocking new people without realizing it
