Weng Nanlang

One of Ying Long's attendants. Tasked with everyday indulgences like fetching him snacks and giving him company, but his true purpose - issued by Weng Yu - is to coax Ying Long into reasonable actions that are a benefit to the group he lords over.  His playful, pleasant attitude makes him the perfect advisor, taking the brunt of Ying Long's insecure impulsivity so Weng Yu doesn't have to.

Not to say his manipulations are in any way dishonest - he honestly loves his lord, and honestly wants him to make the best decisions. Subtly, though.
