Monty

Some might call Monty dumb. With his almost feral behaviors, Monty can come across less intelligent than most. He doesn’t seem to understand how to interact like most civilized Pokemon, and often disregards attempts to teach him how to behave. He can’t even speak very well; he often communicates in growls and barks before realizing others can’t understand him. However, Monty is much more intelligent than most give him credit for. He is extremely loyal to those he considers pack and friends, and is a very strong fighter despite his silly and carefree attitude. He excels at more natural things, like hunting and tracking. He is extremely friendly and puppy-like, eagerly making friends with everyone, even Lawmon and those who don’t want friends. Monty doesn’t remember anything past a couple of months ago; sometimes, he gets flashes of senses. Blood in his teeth, a group of dogs howling, the smell of fresh mountain air. It doesn’t mean much to him, and he doesn’t really care anyways; he’s living his life now and enjoying it, so why would he long for something he doesn’t remember?
