Eli is a relatively optimistic Inkling with a fairly bright outlook on life. He spends most of his days splatting with his friends and hanging out in the Inkopolis plaza. His favourite spot to unwind after a long day of inking turf is the Inkopolis café, sipping on overly-sweetened coffee and snacking on baked goods. It’s not uncommon to see him hogging up the arcade machine, either.

This Inkling isn’t particularly amazing at any kind of ink battle, but Eli doesn’t let that fact get him down- rarely will he ever get upset over a turf war loss. However, when it comes to ranked matches, he can start getting a little competitive if the battles start to get heated. He can easily get lost in the rush that comes with the ticking clock and more serious opponents.

It may or may not be a secret that Eli enjoys going out to experience the night life, and there are a few nightclubs that he finds himself at regularly these days. The loud music, the bright lights, the unique atmosphere.. he can’t get enough of it in his downtime. He’s found himself enjoying the scene more and more as time goes on, despite the fact that he doesn’t know a whole lot of folks that would go with him.

He has always been interested in Octarians, and is quite glad to finally see (mostly) peace between the two once-feuding races

There is only one known way to get on Eli’s bad side. If you really must try, picking a personal fight with one of his friends or partners will certainly get you on his list.
