Tootsie is a Plush animatronic cow, based on candy motifs. Donning a giant lollipop, Tootsie's job is to promote sales of "vintage candy" sold by her owners. Her ways of doing this can be 'hypnotic'; Tootsie's adorable, soft voice can melt most hearts and end up resulting in new customers, or sometimes fans for Tootsie Belle Herself!

As well as promoting, Tootsie is popular with the younger audience. Sometimes if there is any leftover candy, Tootsie will bring it and gift it to the children. Perhaps her 'candy scented' plush suit is one of the reasons kids are so allured to her. Sometimes she can get 'grubby' either due to matted material or dirt remains on her rubber mask. It is easily sorted with specialized cleaning products luckily enough, so no one has to endure looking at a dirty robot.

Tootsie is well behaved and patient with interactions with others and receives positive comments from people. However, she can be playful if the subject she is talking to "wants to play". This is no problem since her light suit gives her more agility and accessible areas even for her small stature.

Tootsie has never harmed anyone on purpose; she would never do it on her own 'will'. Unfortunately, her fragile coding leaves her submissive to malware and sometimes, unwanted commands that could leave marks or injuries. On top of this, Tootsie is incapable of defence and if attacked, would most likely have to be repaired entirely from the suit up. Plus-Side, Her endoskeleton is rather sturdy with spare batteries inside her "torso compartment" in case of leaking batteries or short circuiting.
