Cecil is a keb who can always be found wearing a wild smile. Few things seem to phase him and his seemingly limitless ability to remain in high spirits. He adores entertaining others and is a bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to performance arts. He is a good friend and has many in each place he travels to, however few he would consider close as he is never around one place for too long. Perhaps once he finds a significant other he will finally settle down but for now he will continue to entertain others from hub to hub.
