Compassionate, protective, often sad. His resting expression looks irritated and he doesn't smile or otherwise outwardly emote much. His presence is commanding as needed, though he's often calm and gentle with those around him. In more formal interactions, his speech tends to be brief and straight to the point, and the few people who interact more casually sometimes and can read him properly know he can be very silly.
