A mutant who works a multitude of jobs to make it by in the world. Erika lives in a kind of retro future world- think flip phones and flying cars sort of shit. She works as a mechanic, and occasionally in boiler rooms hence the outfit. She does a great deal to actually keep the city running smoothly by doing a bunch of dangerous jobs that humans don't want to do or can't do. And when she isn't doing maintenance, she's probably just doing janitorial work. She wishes that she could get a different job, but many look at her past and decide she's probably not the best for PR. She has a few siblings, two brothers, but she doesn't get to talk to them ever. The government had separated them after shutting down the organization that had made them in the first place. She's ashamed to have that past, but she's determined to try and not let it get to her. Generally, she's very quiet and doesn't like being seen by other people or talking to other people, but isn't actually mute at all. She just prefers not to speak. Erika has a very sweet and soft voice despite her menacing stature and looks. She's quick to fall in love and quicker to get heartbroken; she's generally a romantic at heart, but she doesn't usually get a chance to express it out loud. Falls in love with a lot of women though not a lot of them visit her workplace other than other maintenance workers. The band on her arm says "fire" but it's mirrored and it's made out of metal. She only wears it when she's on the job. She's naturally heat resistant so she doesn't need gloves when she's working with hot equipment. And not to mention she's actually fire resistant, too, but doesn't like getting set on fire that much because it will ruin her uniform. She lives in a one room apartment and pretty much can only afford instant foods like ramen due to how high the rent is in her place
