Tess

When Tess was young, some scientists captured them to experiment on. no one has ever seen anything like Tess before, and the fact that they could rapidly heal proved to be of great interests to the scientists. Many of the experiments, if not all, were dangerous and cruel, including vivisection. They are the reason why Tess needs the liquid.
Eventually, Tess escaped. They are still hiding from the scientists. they did develop and interest in science and inventing, and have lots of cool gadgets. they also help people deal with more… unusual creatures that they need help with. If you have a ghost or a grim to get rid of, Tess is who you call.
tess doesn’t talk about their past much, and still has trauma from it. They sometimes have panic attacks and cant be in a hospital or stand the sight of white lab coats. Tess hide the fact that their mouth opens into four jaws, and as such often doesnt eat in front of others. they also learned to be ashamed of their weird eyes, which they hide beneath goggles. Tess rarely takes off the vest. They try to hide as many of their scars as possible, and don’t like showing when they are hurt. they also don’t like letting people know about their rapid healing, or the fact that their blood and be used as a cure to most wounds, especially if taken fresh.
