Please read through my terms of use and by purchasing from me, you have agreed to my terms and condition.

Purchasing:

- All purchases must be in British pounds unless agreed to by the seller (spade_arts)

- Payment must be provided prior any character transfer.

Regifts, retrade and resell:

of course, once the buyer purchases a character, the character fully belongs to them but credit must be given to the seller (spade_arts). 

Regifts, retrade and resell are allowed! However, for reselling, please price the character atleast half the amount you have paid for (e.g. if you buy a character for £15, you can only resell for £8) unless they have extra art. 

Refunds:

- Refunds cannot be granted if the seller (spade_arts) has transferred the ownership or email an unmarked image of the character to the buyer. 

- Refunds can be granted if the character has not been transferred nor an unmarked image has been emailed to the buyer.
