Tempra was born to a family of mediums, known for their ability to befriend and blend in amonng spirits, they were taught from a young age to respect the spirits that walked the Earth.

Tempra noticed in their teens how many who weren't able to see spirits seemed to find a morbid curiosity in them, initially offput, she became very interested when she saw the ways many spirits interacted with unaware humans- playing tricks on them, even working with the fae to pull innocent pranks. The sight of the mischivious nature of the spirits of Unity gave her an idea; one just crazy enough it might work.

When Tempra turned 18, she came out to the abandoned town of North Pointe. Striking up a friendly deal with the old spirits of the town, Ciel got permission from the crew maintaining the site and officially began prep to open the Phantom Theatre, an interactive performance put on by the spirits of lost mages and their demon host!
