You may not: 

⚡Take my design off of toyhouse: If you are selling to a offsite buyer please contact me first and I can work something out/give them a toyhouse code 

⚡Hide designs/ adopts from me: If you are putting them on authorized only please let me know before hand

⚡Use my designs to make offensive or triggering art (such as racism, pedophilia, abelism and anything that fits in this category)

⚡Sell for more than you have bought them for: Art that is commisioned and usally personal art is the only thing that can contribute to a characters worth. 

Gift art, free event art or free art you have gotten does not account torwards worth 

If you are confused then just sell characters for what they were bought for found under the description of the characters or under the design term under the owner ship tab

⚡Sell design to anyone on my blacklist. I am uncofortable with this and people found selling my design to people on my blacklist will be blacklisted as well

You can: 

🌿Change species, clothing, design, gender ect with your oc. I do not moniter this 

BUT Species made for a closed species I prefer you ask if you can change it before hand EX: Making a nebulruff into something else, please do ask before hand 

I also ask that you keep some similarity to the designs I have made. 

Redeigns may not be seperated from each other 

🌿Make species versions of: Characters that were not meant to be a species 

both design cannot be seperated from each other
