Arden has way too much fun at their job. So much so, that their manager has considered firing them *several* times over their tendency to sneak a milkshake or just chill out playing pool with the guys instead of actually being security. It's not like they purposefully antagonize their manager, it's just that they have the particular combo of ADHD diagnosis and "yolo" attitude that leads them off the rails of their given task *regularly*.
And yet the job is still theirs ; suave and excellent with words, they've already captured the hearts of all the regular patrons. There would be mutiny if they were fired now.
When they're not driving their manager absolutely insane, they're driving their *neighbors* insane. They're the kind of fellow who knows *everyone*. They know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy. And they do enjoy living it up.
It's not like they intentionally antagonize their neighbors either, it's just that they're in their twenties and already half deaf from reckless concert-going.
All in all, most describe them as very good person. Perhaps a little flighty and irresponsible, but hey, they don't call it the invincibility stage for nothing. Will they ever settle down and ease off with the wild days that lead to even wilder nights? Who knows. Maybe eventually. But for now? They follow what makes them happy in the now.
