Rokurō is a very upbeat and happy young man, all things considered. He can be very harsh and stern when necessary, but by default is an easygoing individual. He is extremely skilled with a sword or bow, owing much of his skills to the Watatsumi Island resistance as well as his time practicing with his mother. Although Rokurō is very approachable and amiable, he is unafraid to be intimidating and threatening when backed into a corner or when necessary.

While in Inazuma, Rokurō served the Watatsumi resistance wholeheartedly during the Vision Hunt and Sakoku Decrees, leaving behind his brothers and mother in Inazuma City. He oversaw the safety of those in Inazuma City from the shadows, and did what was necessary and asked of him anywhere else within Inazuma. He dons the title of Nekomata thanks to his cat-like agility, behavior, and his signature Nekomata yokai mask to hide his face. It was not uncommon for Rokurō to operate outside of the resistance, under the moniker of Nekomata, doing more hands-on and direct things to fight back that the resistance often would not condone... It was during one of these nights where Rokurō had to be evacuated from Inazuma as he earned a target on his back, having gone a few steps too far.

A man of average height with a lean build. His purpley-maroon hair is typically partly tied up, but reaches just past the shoulder blades when down. He often wears a split scarf, reminiscent of the nekomata's split tail, along with an arm guard and sleeveless black top. He often has his nekomata yokai mask with him, and wears it when needing to mask his appearance (as well as during his burst).
