Sexual content is part of my personal characters and some characters listed for resale. Nude refrance sheets can be found in adopts they are in folder labeled NSFW. I will ask for ID to verify you are over 18 before selling such a adopt to you.

TOS For Adopts

• Payment will be made via paypal
• you will have 24 hours to pay or forfeit your claim
• I will transfer the character to them over toyhouse.
• If the buyer does not have a toyhouse, I will send them an unwatermarked version as a PNG via email. I will store the character in a hidden folder there with a record of who it belongs to.
• You are responsible for updating me if ownership changes in this case.
• If buyer gets a Toyhouse account after punches they can reach out and I will transfer the character if the buyer shows proof of ownership.
• designs bought from me may not be widely copied and redistributed
• Designs can not be used for NFT, Gore art 
• Designs can be used to make suites, NSFW art
• You can post the design once bought but tag me chaotic_nox on insta or ChaoticNoxra on deviant art. Credit to the base creator must also be given. I will provide a link to the creator when purchasing. 
• I will be posting my designs to my socials instagram and tiktok. On request, I will go back and tag you as the owner of the adopt. If not it will be marked as not available for sale.
• YOU CANNOT DELETE ANY CHARACTER I MAKE IF YOU YOUR GOING TO DELETE IT RETURN IT TO ME!
• (Update) if you set a adopt I have made and sold/traded to authorized users only you must authorize me. 

• any design changes may be made to the design as long as the original artwork remains intact 
• Examples being adding piercings, tattoos and hair

buyer may trade design, get commissions of the design, and/or include the design in personal projects as long as they aren't for monetary gain. you can resell only if it is the same price unless selling with additional art of the character or if you are re selling with any suite items you have had made for the character. Desings gotten through trade will have a price value asinged they can't be sold for a higher price with out additional art. Designs obtained from the trade only folder cannot be sold but can be traded againuse of any design I make in a defamatory or otherwise offensive manner will result in blocklisting from further design interactions Additional note double selling ocs mine or others will result in a blacklist and violation of my TOSANY USE OF MY CHARACTERS OR ART I HAVE MADE TO CREATE AI ART IS AGAINST MY TOS
