Mr. Dumont

Mr. Dumont owns a drugstore fittingly called "Dumont's" and is known for making some of the best milkshakes on that side of the city. He's very sweet and kind, almost coming off like a big grandpa towards those he cares for. An old soul, he's known both Donovan and Tesque since they were kids and has watched them grow over the years. He loves his boys to bits just as much as he did then, and he intends to absorb Sylvia into his little found family as well, coming to care for her just the same. Along with having known Donovan since he was young, he's known the Conways in general for a long time and helped Donovan through their passing.
