FARUKON TOS GENERAL RULES -Alt forms/species allowed. If you would like to use one of my designs for a species myo, there is no need to ask. You may do so.l -You cannot make a species out of one of my one-off designs without first consulting me. CONTENT -I will not take commissions regarding hate content (i.e xenophobia/racism/homophobia/etc…) -Please do not draw any of my designs in support of hateful content. You will be blacklisted. PAYMENT -All payment is via PayPal in USD -A screenshot of the payment being sent is required for extra verification -Payment must be complete within agreed upon time period, failure to do so without good reason results in a blacklist. CHARACTER TRANSFERS -You may resell a character that you received via trade -It is preferred that designs are not resold for more than BV without extra art - COMMERCIAL USE -Commercial use is not allowed without consultation with me. BLACKLISTING -Breaking any rules, will receive a warning at first. If the issue is not fixed, you will be put on a private blacklist. -If the offense is severe enough, as much as I do not wish to, you will be added to a public blacklist.
