What Do They Look Like?
A scared lil pup with giant SAD eyes, accentuated by his natural eyeliner. He looks emo af because he also has drippy looking markings coming off of said eyeliner... as if he's been crying into his angsty eyeliner. akdlasl He is very smol.

Well, basically rabisus are this a-hole species that view all other species as animals/disposable. Mostly because they can only feed off of other sentient beings, so they're like, sorta-not-really vampires, in a way? Or non-dead zombies? Since they eat people and are sentient?
There's this weird sorta endless-mansion place that has a lot of my chars in it. A lot of weird chars that don't fit in other places because they're mutants/experiments/ect. There's this rabisu chick living there, but she was some sort of hybrid, so she doesn't -look- like a rabisu, but still has to feed like they do. Obviously, everyone basically hates rabisus because. They eat you. xDD So she keeps it a secret as not to get bumped off or something.
Oh shoot, more LORE: Well. I don't have to get into the reasoning, so I'll just say there's these things called quollars (basically "quad collar") that turns anyone wearing it into a quad/feral, regardless if they're in an anthro setting/area/ect. It doesn't affect their mind at all, they're still sentient, but they are like super quad- PAWS that can't hold/handle stuff (no semi-quad stuff, unless they're like. Y'know a monkey or whatever, then obvs...), and the real crappy thing- they can't speak. They just make animal noises. So if you didn't know someone was wearing a quollar, you'd just think they're an animal
Iviore (the rabisu chick, oops didn't say her name yet xD) keeps up her disguise as a normal person.... With a "pet" that she always has with her. When no one's around, she feeds off of the poor quollar-wearing thing. Which is Ferero! bam, backstory!! Before that, I don't have anything specific for him- he was just some random mutt/experiment/whatever wandering about the mansion before he was captured by Ivi. 8D;;; He's been her captive ever since.
This mansion place also has a lot of dream caves, which are basically portals to other worlds/planets/ect. I used them a lot back in the day to go between my world (Caseatrix) and my friends' worlds/canon settings for the sites we played at the time/ect. For PUP Ferero, I was thinking that maybe he finally escaped Ivi and ran into a random dream cave he had never seen before... And popped out in Puppillar Land! He still has his quollar, so he can't speak, but he can still sorta communicate, y'know? He'll be trying to find a way to get it off, and also just. Hiding. Because Ivi can still come after him. So he'll be paranoid and terrified and adorable and I wanna squeeze him! >8000
ADDITION: I forgot to mention! Obviously, since he's not dead or missing any limbs... Rabisus can also sustain themselves by drinking fresh blood from sentient beings, which is what she was doing with him. Him being her pet was obviously a front, and she has at least one other victim she keeps captive in a similar manner to Ferero. Fer is just the "public" one that she takes around with her everywhere; because he's smol, portable, and extra defenseless. There's another, bigger guy that she keeps in her room. Maybe more. Obviously, Fer, being so tiny, wouldn't feed a full grown rabisu by himself without. Y'know, dying. D:
