Veda is known as the mad scientist with a ray gun in some circles. An almost chaotic person that enjoys changing people for the fun of it. She figured it out after discovering how to charm some items at a young age with magic. She originally discovered about magic from a spellbook at a flea market, randomly tossed in with a bunch of old books with no covers on them. At first she was taken aback, but over time she began feeling more and more curious and began looking deeper into the book. She ended up using one of the spells she discovered on a bully, turning her into a mermaid though she didn't know how long she was stuck like that. Since then she began changing people that have wrong her in one way or another, but later on, she began getting entertainment from a successful change.

Because of her actions, there is a warrant out for her arrest due to all the force changes she has done on people. It's easy to avoid her or even just not talk to her on most days, but when she's bored that's when she gets pretty dangerous most authorities end up discovering either by accident or by observations. Veda doesn't change people based on anything in particular usually, sometimes it's because of what she thinks will be fun that day. The Mad Scientist though will never really go away, only wonder and chuckle at her accomplishment, no matter who is affected.
