Nyxem (fursona)

Nyxem is the result of a somewhat failed fusion ritual, due to an unintentional ressurection during the ritual, rather than fusing and waking up in the over world, he woke up in a pocket void.

It was a while before he found out that he wasn't alone in the void, having made a friend, one WingDings Gaster from the Dimension Au, he seemed to have been in a somewhat similar position to Nyxem in terms of being only half dead. As the two grew closer, Nyxem started to grow feelings, it was during this time that Nyxem had also met Dream sans. He had found a new source of positive energy that had led to Nyxem, and the two had also become decent friends.

However, this didn't last. Gaster had caught onto Nyxem and his feelings for him and began to use them to his advantage without letting Nyxem know that he knew about his feelings. Gaster had begun to lead Nyxem on, tricking him into thinking that he had felt the same way. After talking to Dream about it, Nyxem had gotten the courage to confess how he felt to Gaster. To which Gaster had admitted not only to having known and he didn't feel the same, but that he had never really liked Nyxem to begin with, let alone romantically.

Leaving Nyxem devestated, he ended up developing both hanahaki and star tear disease. It wasn't long after the incident when he stumbled across a large 3 monitor system that held the files to the different universes. He took it upon himself to watch over them as a means to distract himself from what had happened and to keep himself busy. However it didn't take long for his condition to start really affecting him. Dream had noticed an increase in negative energy coming from the pocket void and went to investigate. After finding out it was coming from Nyxem he tried to offer him help, but he denied it and began to push him away. After Dream had stopped visiting him, Nightmare had found him.

There isn't much to the two's relationship, Nightmare mostly uses him as a source of energy with Nyxem being in almost constant agony. He's become so absorbed in his work and so dedicated to protecting them that he is willing to put his life on the line for them, the only time he ever sleeps is when he passes out from exhaustion and he doesn't seem to need to eat. It wasn't until much after all of this went down did he finally meet Ink, who only drops in to update him on something before leaving again, the two have never really had a real conversation before.
