A very bubbly and well-meaning bird who has a short attention span and a whole lot of wealth! They love meeting new people, talking, going out to restaurants and fun places, and spending time with their friends. They are always looking on the bright side and genuinely care about other people. Sometimes, it makes people underestimate them or think they can't handle serious situations, but that's ok. They don't mind if people think of them like that. They're happy to be here enjoying life and helping people out.

They are the interim head of the heavens and rely heavily on Hugo and Jianli for help with this. When something's too difficult for them to manage, all they need to do is mention that Lord Water Master might know better and that they will ask him about it. Nine times out of ten, that ends the discussion right there as the person with a complaint or request considers just how vital what they need is. If it's a serious problem, there's always Jianli, the most reliable friend Fei has.
