Dahlia ♥ Elnin

Dahlia is the spoiled daughter of a wandering Tarot Diviner.  She can be polite and quite mindful of her appearance, but she is also rather shallow and judgmental of others.  Her daily manners are pristine, and she seems like the perfect child, but that level of perfection is only in front of her father.  She tends to get whatever she desires from Hitsuzen, but she would be the sort to resort to a temper tantrum if she didn't get her way.  She has the propensity for gossip, but has very little opportunity to participate in such a past time.  Her true passion is fashion, which thanks to her father's generosity, has led to a somewhat refined taste in maintaining her appearance.
