They say everyone wants to be a hero. The man of the hour with a cape-- the guy everyone looks up to and respects-- but what if you aren't everyone? Arch is a villain-- and he's quite happy being so. Nobody really asked for his opinion on this whole 'hero' situation, but where he's concerned it isn't any of his business anyway. He's a darker person-- one with a broody disposition who has just accepted that the forecast for his mood will always be a little bit cloudy. He enjoys causing trouble-- anywhere from mundane pranks to full-scale public disturbances-- and he gets his kicks watching others scramble to clean up the problems he's caused. He uses his love-based power to cause mayhem as well and he's quite a charismatic liar-- often swaying people to and fro within their allegiances. He's not the kind of villain to attack directly, rather he's the kind who'll speak and weave great webs of lies to tangle his foes in, or he'll tug at their heartstrings with the tiniest painful truth. As the victim of genetic experimenting, he's untrusting of others and he really only relies on himself because of it.
