Balvi lives in a nice house in a suburban neighborhood, and you'd never guess anything was up with it... Sure, Balvi is quirky! He's eccentric and bizarre, a little too talkative to have a good social filter, and he smells a bit weird-- though nobody is sure how to word it-- but what does all of that mean? Well it's quite simple, really-- he has an alchemy lab in his basement and he's an underground witch of sorts. Balvi comes from a long line of potion brewers and he takes his career very seriously-- enjoying hovering over the cauldron and ordering mysterious potion substances online or from local resources-- with passing glances of confusion, of course. Balvi is a chipper fellow, though again-- he's eccentric and he tends to ramble. He sells his potions to a select handful of clients who know about him, but otherwise he's pretty quiet about his business-- that is, unless a new client is in absolute need of his help. Bal knows about the strange supernatural happenings going on and will help those who want to do something to keep the people safe-- because eh knows that while he can brew just fine, he's no fighter.
