03pyuko lore inspiration:

This 03pyuko was created of a (to be decided) site and was a special link with the PC user/creator.

 He loves his master dearly and he wishes to be at his master's side as a partner/boyfriend

Other bits of lore:

He can appear in other devices as long as he installs his serial code in the device or have some other type of data access (wi-fi/bluetooth/USB connection) , sometimes he can appear in multiple devices at once, but it tired him a lot 

He may be a very mild yandere 

 He may be able to get one android robot to be his physical body
