Terms of Service

My designs must stay on toyhouse. Do not delete their profile.
You may private the design
You may not remove my design credit
You may make au designs (human au, furry au, fandom au, coffee shop au, etc)
You may not resell the character until a week has passed
My designs may be minorly redesigned (minor species swap, adding/removing patterns, changing hair styles, changing clothing, changing some colors) just keep em recognizable as the same character! Feel free to dm to ask if its too major a redesign

If bought via Currency (irl or online) You can only resell for more if you added art or literature
If bought via trade they are trade/gift only unless you added art or literature
If bought via gift they are trade/gift only. Only resell in an emergency
I will keep an adopt on hold for a max of 1 month unless an agreement was made beforehand, or there is an emergency

By default i will share 2 progress shots unless asked beforehand
Pay when i send the first progress shot no sooner, and no later, or i will not continue the commission
My art can only be used for personal use you may not sell items using my art
i do not issue refunds unless i am the one to cancel a commission. If i cancel a commission after it was paid for, i will issue a 50% refund, and hand over the artwork i was able to complete (at minimum a finished sketch)

always credit my art
If anything on this profile is comfusing feel free to ask questions
i will only revoke a design in the case of a chargeback, or its revealed i was knowingly traded a stolen character
If buying one of my designs or a commission add either on the profile or here>https://toyhou.se/25030138.tos some sort of confirmation that you accept my terms of service
