An ROTTMNT Oc

This is Arrowhead- formerly known as Rudy Carson. He was an archeologist who was cleaning Diplocaulus bones when he was suddenly bitten by an Oozesquito. His transformation scared away the other people in the building, leaving him alone to try and figure out what had happened to him.

Rudy eventually learns of the Hidden City, where he ends up trying to make enough money to feed himself. He runs into the Turtles while entering a pizza place. Mikey, being to social butterfly he is, manages to befriend Rudy and dubs him ArrowHead.

Arrowhead rather anti-social, but if someone manages to befriend him, he’s incredibly talkative. He loves talking about dinosaurs and his previous line of work.
