Do not heavily change my designs, small changes are ok but it must look like the original design
Do not trade / regift the character unless you have had it at LEAST 2 weeks, it makes me uncomfy
Can only be sold for what you got it for. Do not regift / trade / sell character i gave to you ask a gift / for free, it makes me feel like shit, this also goes for added worth! Only commisioned art will make you able to sell the char for currency! You can add worth with personal art, but unless art is commisioned with currency (real currency like usd / da) it cannot be resold for usd. Owed art can add worth but not let it be resold
dont steal my designs, color picking is fine if its only a few since you CANT OWN A COLOR PALETTE, just make the design look different or get my permission if color picking characters in mascot
Owed art must be done/ have wips sent at least 1 months after its been accepted, if not its cancelled, if any if the pieces are DONE this is cancelled out
payment via DA points is required after the first sketch, or at least 48 hours after bid is accepted
don't trace, do NOT heavily reference. Just don't reference our stuff at all.
As the designer i retain the right to revoke any characters from anyone on my blacklist! And will do so as necesarry, i may do this if you make me uncomfy aswell. If you block me, you will need to send back my designs.
dont hide / delete / hide art of a character i made / designed for you unless you have told me first, causes confusion.

1. Do not EVER use my designs for vents or make them vent characters, vents and vent art made with my designs is very uncomfy with me and if i see you doing this i will first tell you to stop respectfully, but if you do not, i will discuss taking back the character as i am not comfy with it
2. as the designer, i do ask you NOTIFY ME before trading my designs!! my blacklist is fully people who has done genuinely bad shit, but i have a handful of ppl who im just not comfy with having my designs, always ask and tell me who you are trading the character to.
