The eldest of the Traffic Trio, Feipice runs a pop-up tea shop that appears randomly around the kingdom. No one knows when or where he'll show up, but it's certain that when it's found out there'll soon be a large crowd waiting to try the illusive plottie's famous boba tea.

No one really knows what he does outside of running his tea shop. Even his brothers aren't sure where he lives, and will often find him missing for days on end, only to find him serving a new inventive drink out of his cart somewhere.
