Tsutsu Glavo (Also known by his real name, Tsutsu Kagetame and his Hero name, Poltergeist), name often shortened to just Tsu, is a third year student at U.A high. He's currently training in the hero program alongside his best friend, Naja. Tsutsu's quirk, Ghost Mimic, allows him to create ghostly copies of any item he's touched within the last 48 hours. He can levitate and control these copies, and they behave similar to how the original object did, with one of the only differences being that they can be phased through things. However, Tsu can only create copies of things half his size or smaller, and can't make a copy of a conscious creature like a cat or human. He may also only have 10 copies at once, of which will dissipate after 10 minutes.

Despite the person Tsutsu is, he originally comes from a family heavily entrenched in villainy. He grew up rather isolated from other people, and could only listen to his father's teachings that the outside world was somewhere Tsu would never want to be, saying it to be cruel and judgmental. Tsu was terrified of the world by the time he was old enough to leave the house on his own. Trips to the store were often stressful and disorientating. And they continued to only feel worse up until his encounter with Naja, a middle schooler who had lost his glasses and explained himself as being blind without them in such an unfamiliar place. Talking to a stranger was awful, but Tsu kind of liked the fact Naja couldn't really see him, therefore couldn't really have any negativity towards him based off looks. If he behaved then someone could actually trust him. For once, socializing wasn't as agonizing as it usually was.
After Tsutsu eventually got Naja back to his house, Naja apologized for inconveniencing him and gave Tsu a phone number in case he ever wanted anything in return for the favor. With that, Naja became Tsu's first connection to the outside world.
