He's a goofy otter always getting into trouble
He's a blue otter with spots on his tail. Inside his ears, eye brows, paws, and stomach is a light blue. His ruff is purple with red circles. He's got a suit with a red bow on it and a purple hat with a worm thing on it(red and green). He has make up on him.
He's a very goofy otter that works at a business but is always screwing things up for comedic effect. Making kids think work is fun.
