Design Terms of Use
1. Galaxy People are a CLOSED species by Owlhana. This means you may NOT make your own unless given permission (i.e. through a MYO event, MYO slot, or as a guest artist).
2. Please credit Owlhana for the species and any adopt purchased by me the FIRST time you draw them. If you want to credit me each time, that is also fine, though I do not mandate it.
3. You may trade and or resell your Galaxy Person, but please update me on the new owner! We try to keep our master-list up to date to prevent scammers.
4. You may use your Galaxy Person for personal stories/devices, but not for commercial purposes. Commercial purposes include but are not limited to: selling your GP as merch online, selling to third parties with the intention of commercial use, using GP in official cartoons such as those on Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon, etc. If you intend to use your Galaxy Person commercially, we MUST discuss beforehand (esp. regarding residual fees and proper crediting). Some exceptions may apply, please ask before selling anything related to your GP or giving up rights to third parties.
5. Any characters adopted by Owlhana may NOT be converted into another species (i.e. changing a Galaxy Person into a species-less design, or another closed species). However, you can give the Galaxy Person an alternate form (such as a human), or use them as an alternate form for another character, so long as it stays within species.
6. Galaxy People designed by admins or through MYO's may also NOT be converted into another species and must follow the general guidelines above, UNLESS you (A) get the permission of the original designer to convert it AND (b) remove the stardust skin AS WELL AS the floating hair, and the constellation or nebula wings. You must also notify me of any removal, so that I may update the master-list. If you should obtain a character that was previously removed from the species, and you wish to re-convert it, you may do so for free, but it must retain its original traits. Any additional traits must be purchased in our shop.
