A comfort character of mine. Neptune is a very curious yet optimistic pillow that has bits of her that can glow. She's capable of flying due to her wings and is all about the stars and horoscopes.
Neptune has a sibling called Fluff. She cares for them quite dearly as she's quite lonely due to her always being out travelling and exploring new places on her own. She tends to wander off and let her impulsive thoughts take over her actions.
